Ms. Tanisha Coleman, M.B.A has officially been appointed the Human Resources Director for The Recovery Center USA. Ms. Coleman started working for The Recovery Center USA as the Director of Operations for our Georgia offices and has played a pivotal role in working with the Human Resource Department to create systems that encourage operational effectiveness.
What Does a Director of Human Resources Do?
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing the HR department and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. They work closely with other departments to ensure that the company’s HR policies and programs align with the organization’s goals and objectives. They also serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues. Overall, the Director of Human Resources plays a critical role in ensuring that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
