
Dr. Warrick Stewart
President/CEO, RCOUSA
Dr. Warrick Stewart,Ed.D, CRC, LPC, LCMHC has been CEO of the Recovery Center of USA, LLC since its inception June 2016. Under Warrick’s leadership as President/CEO, RCOUSA has implemented evidence-based and best practices in all service areas and has successfully added numerous behavioral health and substance abuse services, enhanced community integration, improved customer satisfaction, reduced turnover, and has effectively developed programs to serve the whole family with a myriad of behavioral health and substance abuse challenges. He has grown the company significantly and diligently pursues his authentic leadership style incorporating it in his leadership style and his clinical practice. Warrick has become an expert in providing solution-focused; trauma-informed care that has been particularly effective in communities of color and traditionally marginalized populations.
For more than fifteen years, Warrick has been an integral and innovative addition to the behavioral health and addictions field. Warrick is a Board-Certified Diplomate in Psychotherapy, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in multiple states.
Warrick graduated Magna Cum Laude from Winston-Salem State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Business, and a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. He completed his post-graduate doctoral work at Grand Canyon University with a terminal degree in Organizational Leadership, with a concentration in Behavioral Health. Warrick taught Doctoral students for five years and has consulted with many behavioral health organizations over the past 17 years. Through his many years of experience providing psychotherapy and leading workshops for people of all ages, Dr. Warrick has achieved recognition as a respected relationship psychotherapist, addictions specialist, and behavioral health leadership expert.
In addition to his career, Warrick is a servant leader, enjoys mentoring new behavioral health business owners, and spending time with his spouse, and 5 dogs (2 – Pit Bulls and 3 miniature daschunds – London, Paris, Nairobi, Fiji, and Bali.

JP Darby
Chief Operating Officer
JP Darby is a highly accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, combined with extensive expertise in managing human resources and operations. Hailing from the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, JP has dedicated his entire adult life to making a meaningful impact in corporate America.
Throughout his career, JP has demonstrated an unwavering drive to help people and improve their mental well-being. His commitment to the field is nothing short of exceptional, as he tirelessly works to provide compassionate care and support to those in need. Recognized for his profound empathy and remarkable interpersonal skills, JP has become a trusted confidant and advocate for individuals struggling with mental health challenges.
Having successfully managed human resource departments for numerous years, JP possesses a deep understanding of the importance of fostering a positive work environment and cultivating a strong, cohesive team. Roshunya Sweetwine-Hood
Chief Financial Officer
Roshunya Sweetwine-Hood, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at The Recovery Center, USA. She is an experienced and results-driven executive CPA with over 30 years of progressive leadership in various industries. With a demonstrated ability to deliver business results beyond the profit and loss statement, Roshunya excels in providing financial leadership and strategic insights.
Prior to joining The Recovery Center, USA, Roshunya served as the Chief Financial Officer and CPA Consultant for several Behavioral Health Agencies (Community Service Boards) in the state of Georgia, from 2016-2022. Before that, Roshunya has been instrumental in driving success for numerous organizations. She helped these organizations define their strategic direction, streamline financial and procedural policies, and build structures for transparency and accountability. She has been a key member of executive teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to achieve financial goals.
Roshunya is originally from central Florida, but currently resides in metro Atlanta. Outside of work, Roshunya enjoys travelling and spending time with family. Roshunya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida A & M University. She has completed executive MBA credits at the University of North Alabama. As a licensed CPA in Georgia, she is an active member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

La'Toria Johnson- Richardson

La’Toria is a multi-talented professional with a diverse background in social work, substance
abuse counseling, and compliance. With a passion for helping others and ensuring ethical practices, La’Toria has made a significant impact in various roles throughout her career with The Recovery Center, USA.
Born and raised with a natural inclination towards empathy and compassion, La’Toria pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, driven by a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and communities. After completing her education, she embarked on a journey as a social worker, dedicating herself to supporting vulnerable populations, and advocating for their rights, and providing guidance during challenging times.
Recognizing the need to address the growing issue of substance abuse, La’Toria decided to specialize in counseling individuals struggling with addiction. Equipped with a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction, she worked tirelessly to assist clients in their recovery, offering a safe space for them to heal and guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. While excelling in her role as a substance abuse counselor, La’Toria identified the importance of ensuring ethical practices and compliance in her field. Her passion for upholding standards and promoting integrity led her to transition into a role as a Chief Compliance Officer. In this capacity, La’Toria applies her expertise to monitor and enforce policies and regulations, working closely with teams to guarantee adherence and mitigate risks.

Traci Mason
Vice President of Ohio and Tennessee
Traci Mason, MBA, OCPC, is the Regional Director for Recovery Center of Ohio. She comes to RCOO with 30 years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment administration. Before joining the RCOO team, Traci served as the Chief Operations Officer for two outpatient treatment agencies, as well as Executive Director and Regional QI Director for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. Working in this field is a passion for her and believes she has been called to do this work.
Traci has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Business Systems from Taylor University and MBA from Capital University.

Jerald Crummy
Regional Director for Pennsylvania and Maryland
Jerald Crummy, MBA, M.Div., ELE is the Regional Director for Recovery Center of Maryland. He has worked in mental health since 2005 and substance use disorder treatment since 2018. He started his career in the field as a Direct Support Specialist, while he attended school in Upstate South Carolina. He has served as a Director of HR, Risk Management, Performance Improvement and Executive Director. During his career, he considers his greatest accomplishment to be an ability to bring people together to do great things for others.
Jerald has chosen this field to help decrease the number of families struggling alone with this deadly disease. He has lost several friends and family members to substance use disorder and the battle of mental health. He believes a life of sobriety and a healthy mental health is possible for anyone with a determined mind, open heart and commitment to the work.
Jerald grew up in the small town of Hartsville, SC., about an hour northeast of the states capital, Columbia, SC. He is a Husband, son, dad and most important a human-being. He currently resides in York, PA with his wife, son and daughter.
Jerald has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University, a Master of Divinity from The Interdenominational Theological Center, A Master of Business Administration from The University of the People and certification in Labor Relations Law from Greenville Technical College.

Dr. Danielle Bundrent
Executive Director and Director of Medical Services Kentucky
Dr. Danielle Bundrent is the Executive Director for ASPIRE Day School for the Louisville East location, and the Medical Director for Kentucky Statewide. With over fourteen years of leadership and advanced practice experience, she is a dedicated Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Bundrent began her collegiate career at Fisk University, Nashville, TN where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts, in English Literature. She went on to earn her Bachelor Science of Nursing from Spalding University, Louisville, KY in 2009, and Her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Kentucky in 2016. Her passion for treating her patients holistically led her to obtain her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Post Doctoral certification from the University of Cincinnati, in 2022.
Dr. Bundrent’s professional motto is “To ensure best practice outcomes you must treat the patient medically and emotionally while incorporating the patient’s family and cultural considerations.”
She enjoys spending time with her family and watching football and Formula One racing in her spare time.

Steven Schreiber
Executive Director Maryland
Steven Schreiber most recently served as Operations Director of local youth and family services organization, Nexus-Woodbourne Family Healing, which provides psychiatric, community-based, and residential treatment in Baltimore. Previously, Steven worked in policy and program implementation for the Maryland Governor's Office for Children. He specializes in project management, continuous quality improvement and evaluation, and organizational process design, including consulting for Baltimore-based service organizations.
Prior to earning a Master's of Public Administration degree from Maxwell School of Public Administration, Syracuse University, Steven provided case management in preventive services in Syracuse, NY, and foster care in Philadelphia, PA. Steven found his calling serving individuals who exhibited the greatest need for support so they could achieve their full potential. In leadership, he found his passion helping others follow their calling and develop as leaders.
Steven lives in Baltimore County with his wife, Melissa, two children, Clara and Danny, and three dogs, Doc Holliday, Wyatt, and Bacio. He enjoys traveling with his family, running, and fencing.

Dr. Alfreda C. Hill
Executive Director Tennessee
Dr. Alfreda C. Hill is the Executive Director of The Recovery Center in Memphis, TN. She has a combination of over 30 years’ experience in Executive Management, Business Development, Facility Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Education, specializing in areas such as employee relations, employment law, human resources, regulatory laws, state compliances, budgeting, forecasting, financial restructuring, teaching, management and national insurance compliances.
Dr. Hill begin pursuing her Bachelor degree at Detroit College of Business in Dearborn, Michigan majoring in Accounting and Computers, and later continued on to Northeast Community College in Booneville, MS majoring in Business Administration and finalized her studies at Columbia Southern University of Orange Beach, Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources, continuing on to receive her MBA in Business Administration and Doctrine in Business Administration.
She is currently a member of Chapter of Sigma Alpha Pi - The National Society of Leadership and Success, NAPW - National Association of Professional Women, SHRM - Society for Human Resources Management, APA - American Payroll Association and have written regularly monthly business and financial columns in various magazines in the Northeast, MS area. She also is licensed and certified with the Home for The Aged/Assisted Care Living Facility Administrator – TN License, TN & MS– Notary Public, MS, TN & MI– Licensed Insurance Life Producer and have also enjoyed her love for education being certified in TESOL – Certified Online Instructor, ICOES – Certified Speech & Language Specialist, ICOES – Autism Awareness, ICOES – Special Education Needs, STEDI-Teaching Diploma, CHRM-Certified Human Resource Management, and CELS-Certified Employment Law Specialist.

Olivier Williams
Director of Innovation and Development
Olivier Williams is the Director of Innovation and Development for The Recovery Center USA.
Olivier is well-versed in applying market-based solutions toward initiatives that encourage sustainability.
Ms. Williams has extensive experience with campaign management, brand optimization, and team management. Serving the Emory Law student body as the Vice President of Student Affairs rendered Ms. Williams the opportunity to handle marketing operations, event management, and vendor communications on behalf of the University.
Graduating from Emory University School of Law gave Ms. Williams a unique opportunity to utilize her legalese in matters pertaining to Intellectual Property rights, Contract Law, and Contract Negotiations.

Kala Farrare
Director of Quality Assurance
Director of Quality Assurance and Training Kala Farrare has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and families by strengthening their access to services, living conditions, and overall mental well-being.
Kala has held appointed positions on the city of Salisbury’s Youth Development Advisory Committee and Criminal Justice Task Force. She also founded and operated a non-profit organization, dedicated to bridging the gap for marginalized populations to include; youth and their families, as well as displaced individuals.
Kala has worked within private sectors as well as at the local and state level in both rural and urban areas. Prior to joining the Recovery Center USA team, she began her career in Social Work at the local Department of Social Services in Maryland. She later transitioned to the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) as a Criminal Justice Social Worker where she served as the primary behavioral health clinician in the juvenile detention center. Kala was offered an opportunity to continue working with youth and families involved with DJS as a Clinical Supervisor for Mentor Maryland, where she was later promoted to the Operational Program Director for three regions. Kala has also provided behavioral health services within the Maryland Public School System, adult detention center, and local hospital prior to relocating to the Atlanta Metropolitan area and acquiring a position as the Director of Outpatient Services for a local psychiatric hospital.
Kala is licensed as a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
