Our Mission
The mission of Recovery Center USA, and its subsidiaries, is to become the premier behavioral health provider of the communities we serve. Our team of behavioral health professionals work collaboratively to serve our clients’ behavioral health needs with a trauma-informed lens. At The Recovery Center USA, our goal is to provide services that aspire our clients to excellence while helping our communities achieve a healthier lifestyle.
We do this by promoting healing, resiliency, and empowerment through a holistic system of care.

At The Recovery Center USA, our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families in need. Through empathy and understanding, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and wellness for all those we serve.
Our goal is to be the leading provider of mental health care in our communities, helping individuals achieve long-term recovery and a better quality of life.

Our History
Where We Started
2016
In 2016, The Recovery Center USA established its first Recovery Center in the heart of inner-city Baltimore on Greenmount Avenue. This milestone marked the beginning of our mission to provide critical support and services to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Through person-centered, compassionate care, we remain dedicated to fostering hope, healing, and lasting recovery for the communities we serve.
2017
In 2017, in response to the growing need for accessible behavioral health services, The Recovery Center of Maryland opened a second location at 211 E. 25th Street. This expansion was driven by the urgent call to address the community's need for comprehensive support in overcoming substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health challenges. By bringing essential resources closer to those who need them most, we continue to strengthen our commitment to fostering healing, recovery, and wellness within the community.
2020
In 2020, Our Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Dr. Warrick Stewart-Darby, Ed.D, LPC, felt inspired to open a treatment center in Cincinnati, Ohio in response to the alarming number of opioid overdose rates.
2021
January 2021, Our Dayton, Ohio location opened its doors to the Centerville community. As time progresses, The Recovery Center of Ohio continues to expand. Our Founder decided to open facilities in Akron and Columbus, Ohio to create a continuum of care for individuals living in the areas most affected by addiction. Our Akron and Columbus locations function as the corporate offices for our Ohio operations.
2022
February 2022 marked a pivotal moment for behavioral health care in Kentucky with the launch of The Recovery Center of Kentucky, LLC, a proud subsidiary of The Recovery Center USA, LLC. What began as a Partial Hospitalization Program in Elizabethtown quickly evolved in response to the growing and urgent need for comprehensive, whole-person care. Recognizing the critical importance of addressing the unique behavioral health needs of youth and families, our dedicated team answered the call by establishing the Aspire Day Program. This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to provide person-centered, compassionate support that empowers children, adolescents, and families to thrive in the face of life’s challenges.
